Wendy Davis is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and real estate leader with over two decades of experience. She has successfully launched five independent franchises, where she recruited, coached, and mentored over 2,000 agents. In her most recent venture in San Francisco, Wendy's leadership played a pivotal role in driving nearly a billion dollars in sales volume within just two years.

Wendy has founded and led multiple successful businesses, including The Wendy Davis Group, a top-performing real estate team with over 1,000 homes sold. She also co-founded Davis Designs, a flourishing interior design company, alongside her daughter Alyssa.

A former VP of NAHREP South Bay (2021) and marketing board director for NAHREP Los Angeles (2022), Wendy is known for her industry expertise, professionalism, and dedication to diversity. Her clientele includes prominent business leaders, professional athletes, and families across Southern California, from Pacific Palisades to Newport Beach.
